Small update to Widowmaker model (Version 3.1)

Hey everyone,
I just uploaded a small update to the Widowmaker model (now version 3.1) - it fixes a small issue with the head being too specular compared to the body, in addition I added the Cote d'Azur thigh tattoo in the skin options section of the addon UI.
